Parks Canada is proposing 4 strategies that will be used throughout the Lake Louise area to help achieve the desired conditions. The strategies and actions being considered could apply in a variety of ways and in different locations within the Lake Louise area. They were developed with extensive staff, stakeholder and visitor input.

- Prioritize mass and active transportation.
- Protect wildlife and ecosystems.
- Enhance education and trip planning.
